Remodels - 55 S. 32nd St.

The Atomic Ranch is as American as apple pie.  Built simple, this sturdy home has decorated the American landscape and psyche for generations.  The 955 sq. ft. model that Brad and Donna remodeled was originally built in 1955 and sold for around $9,500.  Although the lot is large, the trees are mature, and the views are stellar, the home contained little or no insulation, metal-clad windows, and original kitchen cabinetry.  Updated with bold architecture and the efficiencies of today’s building logic, the home now contains: a 5.59kW PV System, geothermal heating/cooling, heat recovery ventilator, low-e windows, and natural plasters.  The home now performs at a fraction of the previous utility costs while simultaneously providing a healthier living environment.
