My home is absolutely packed with green products, such as high-efficiency SIPs wall system, insulated concrete forms, high-efficiency radiant heating system, passive solar design, solar photo-voltaic ready electrical system, renewable materials, water saving low-flow plumbing fixtures & Xeri-scaping. 

Rob Ross, Merten's Lead Architect, was very creative with designing outdoor & rooftop patio space to include key design elements that were challenging to fit within an urban footprint.  Merten's team has worked tirelessly to meet all of my functional wishes, while creating a modern-industrial design that is sure to be visually interesting and appealing when complete.
